GIFT FLOWERS - We offer a same day delivery service on all orders received before 12 Noon GMT wherever possible. After 12 Noon, please feel free to give us a call and we may still be able to help.  Some items have specific flowers that are integral to their design and if these are out of stock and can't be substituted we will need to complete the delivery the following day.  We will contact all our customers to advise them of the situation.

All items are delivered with care Instructions & flower food attached, and our delivery drivers will offer help and advice on how best to prepare and care for the flowers upon request.

If the recipient isn't home we will primarily ask neighbours to look after the bouquet and store in a cool indoor location. If no neighbours are available our drivers will use their judgement and occasionally items will be left in a weather proof buildings such as a shed/garage/out-house though this is last resort. If neither of these options is available the bouquet will be returned to the shop for redelivery upon contact by the recipient. In all scenarios a delivery card will be left at the delivery address advising from where the bouquet can be collected or to contact the shop if appropriate.

FUNERAL TRIBUTES - We require 24 hours notice for most funeral flowers though if time is short please call us on 0114 234 5652 and I'm sure we will be able to help. Funeral tributes and flowers are usually delivered directly to the funeral directors approximately 2 hours before the service time. For delivery we require the following information; name of the deceased, funeral director name & address, date & time of service. Please add these details at checkout in the 'additional information/comments' box. We can arrange for the flowers to be delivered to a home address if you prefer though we will need to deliver more than 2 hours in advance of the funeral time.
